Bulk Fill Crates

When filling crates with loose materials, we can increase or decrease the gaps on the sides and base to accommodate exactly what’s required for your application. The larger the gaps, the lower the price. We design solid OSB or solid lumber boxes when required, but often times a vertical slat style hardwood crate is going to be most cost-effective.

This reinforced hardwood crate is designed with bulk-fill in mind. These crates can be for loose castings, stone, rods, pistons, forgings, etc. Anything that is not too small to fall through 1 inch cracks. Typical crack sizes in bulk fill crates will range from 1 to 4 inches depending on the use.

Export Crates

We supply crates designed for export to other countries. ISPM 15 regulations require that a manufacturer of wood packaging materials be certified and inspected on a monthly basis for compliance. That certification grants the use of a custom stamp or ISPM 15 compliance mark that proves to customs authorities that the package has been heat treated to reduce the spread of invasive insects from one country to another.
